This morning I finally got out of bed and down to the beach to go for a run. Every night that I planned to do it the morning after it has been really bad weather or no hot water in the building. But today was perfect. I was out for a bit more than one hour running and stretching and just watching the sea. Really nice way to wake up! Now I'm eating my breakfast wathcing How I met your mother while I wait for my lovely roommate Sally to come home so we can get ready for the first event of the week! It's a little mingle party in a store nearby from 7 to 10 pm. :)
